Once you are happy with all arrangements we will require a deposit within 3 days of confirming all your arrangements made on your behalf. Full and final payment must be made 45 days prior to your arrival.

Payment can be made by Visa, Master, Diners and American Express Credit Cards or, if payment is made  by  direct  bank  transfer  you will get a 3.0% discount.

If time allows (at least 3 weeks before your arrival in Southern Africa), your documents are couriered directly to you. Your documents include confirmation vouchers, maps, brochures and information.
